Erika Dine

Erika Dine dedicates her practice to serving the elderly, the special needs population, and their caretakers in both Manatee and Sarasota counties. When litigation is necessary, Erika relies on her courtroom experience which includes extensive motion practice, jury and non-jury trials, and evidentiary hearings before the Courts of the 12th Judicial Circuit.

She was acknowledged by her peers as a Rising Star in 2013 and has been rated and included in the Florida Super Lawyers® list since 2014. She has been awarded the 2016, 2017, and 2018 Judicial Edition AV Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is a testament to the fact that her peers and members of the Judiciary rank her at the highest level of professional excellence.

She was chosen as one of three individuals in the Twelfth Judicial District to participate in the ElderCaring Coordination Program. As an Eldercare Coordinator, Erika Dine, facilitates more effective and productive communication, negotiation and uses her problem-solving skills to help manage high conflict family dynamics to address non-legal issues independently from the court.

Erika is a member of the Thomas Pennick [Elder Law] Inn of Court, Manatee American Inn of Court, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She is a 2015 Graduate of Leadership of Manatee; a program designed to expose current and future leaders to all aspects of Manatee County.

When she’s not practicing law, Erika is traveling with her niece, exploring the outdoors or cuddling up with a good book and her dog, Jojo.
