Ruth Preisser earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal experienced in Civil Litigation, Family Law and Elder Law with a focus on, Guardianships, Probate, Estate Planning and Long Term Care/Medicaid Planning.
Ruth has firsthand knowledge as to what it takes to have a plan for our elders, as she has been assisting with the caretaking of her family members, and understands the role of the caretakers and the importance of having an estate plan as a way to secure their financial future.
A Spanish speaking native of Colombia, Ruth has used her many years of legal experience working with attorneys by assisting clients to successfully navigate the legal process.
In her present role as Firm Administrator of Dine Elder Law, Ruth provides administrative management support to the attorneys and coordinates operational functions of the firm as well as the marketing of the firm’s legal services and client development activities. A former President and member of the Bradenton Chapter of Toastmasters International, Ruth enjoys networking, meeting new people and taking an active role in building a better community.
